IN-HOUSE TRAINING PROGRAM
Century 21 Sweyer & Associates’ premier 2+1 training program focuses on teaching our associates how to develop their business and prospects. Intense training on Buyers/Sellers, field training, contracts, prospecting, calling, negotiating, quality service, and marketing. Additionally, the CENTURY 21 Learning Resource Center has numerous online classes focusing on computer skills, sales skills and more. Our associates are among the best trained in the business.

NON-COMPETING BROKER AND MANAGERS
All Brokers and Managers are always available to all agents in the company for support, guidance, training, and questions. Our management team averages over 20 years experience in the Real Estate business.

SUPPORT STAFF
A large caring staff that believes in Teamwork. Our sole purpose is to make our associates look good in the day to day business operation. We have a closing coordinator to help manage the details of a transaction from contract to closing. We have a client coordinator who connects all Sign and Ad calls directly to the listing agent and who also assigns the numerous LEADS that come in.

IN-HOUSE ADVERTISING & MARKETING DEPARTMENT
On-site Advertising Director, graphic designer, and marketing coordinator to assist our agents in growing their business and marketing our properties.

STAFF COMPUTER TECHNICIANS
We have a full time computer, network and telecommunication technician and a full time computer software and systems director and trainer.

OFFICE AUTOMATION
We are the Technology leaders in our market. All offices are connected by high speed data lines to our corporate server offering “state of the art” systems. Our server provides the software that you need to be competitive in our market.

GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY
Since 1979, CENTURY 21 offices from coast to coast have supported Easter Seals, a nonprofit organization that helps adults and children with disabilities lead more independent lives. In fact, to date, the CENTURY 21 System has raised over $91 million to support local Easter Seals chapters. CENTURY 21 Sweyer & Associates is proud to have raised over $65,000 this year for our local Easter Seals UCP development center on Military Cutoff Rd.
